RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If any product is not 100% satisfactory, simply return it within 30 days for a full credit or refund of purchase price.
- Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the case of shipping damages please contact the carrier or our customer service department.
- Credit for returned merchandise will always be issued to the same card to which it was charged.
- Original shipping fees if applicable will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective.
- UPS, USPS or FedEx delivery is recommended for all returns
- Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-327-5256 or e-mail email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Ask for the Barber Strong Customer Service department.
