- Orders may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery for refund or store credit.
- When returning items please include proof of purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 2 days.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- The following items do not qualify for returns: items marked as final sale.
PRODUCT RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging.
- Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the case of shipping damages please contact the carrier or our customer service department.
SHIPPING COSTS
- You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns.
CREDIT REFUND
- Credit for returned merchandise will always be issued to the same card to which it was charged.
- Original shipping fees if applicable will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective. UPS, USPS or FedEx delivery is recommended for all returns
- We ask that customers verify all product specifications and shipping information before orders are placed and processed. We are not responsible for exchanges or refunds on orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
